Make a wish?
this is how it works!
1. check your eligibility
- you are completely dependent on horizontal transport;
- you have consulted with your treating physician and he has no objection
2. complete the online application form
We can only process applications via one of the online forms below:
3. We review your request
After receipt, your application will be assessed for feasibility.
Some criteria that we test:
- checking whether the conditions are met;
- can the ambulance be deployed on the preferred date and do we have volunteers available?
- is the wish feasible given the clinical picture and any aids and facilities that are needed?
- is the wish financially feasible for the foundation?
If you have any questions or concerns, we will contact you.
4. After approval, we will plan and arrange the wish!
We will arrange everything to carry out your wish and will contact you to coordinate everything further!
5. a wish comes true!
Despite the circumstances, a wish comes true!
